When will my order be arriving?
If you provided an email address, you will be notified of the status of your order and shipment details. Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 days, if in stock. If your order is delayed, you may contact us via email or leave a voicemail at 800.379.4202

How will the charges be shown on my Credit Card statement?
Charges are billed as DYO Chemical.

What mailing company or shipping company do you use?
Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (Ground) and should be delivered within one (1) week of leaving our warehouse.

Can you ship to my PO Box?
No.  UPS only allows shipments to true addresses, not PO Boxes.

Is there a way you can track my order to make sure it is actually in the system?
If you received an email indicating that your order was being processed, your order is in the system and will be processed within 7 to 10 days.

When I called the Uncle Albert’s Phone number I get voicemail. Will someone return my call?
You may send an email or leave a detailed voicemail message. Your question will be immediately forwarded to our Customer Service Representative who will contact you to either answer your question, or obtain the information necessary to research an answer for you.

Can I order place an order over the phone?
Yes. However there is a $250 minimum order for telephone orders. Smaller orders are best placed online at www.unclealbertsantbait.com, or by contacting a distributor of pest control products.

Where can I get your product in my state?
Our products are distributed by major distributors of Pest Control Products. We have registered Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait with each of the 50 states within the United States.

Can I order Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait outside of the US?

What types of ants fall prey to Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait?
We have anecdotal evidence that Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait attracts and kills all common ants including argentine ants, acrobat ants, carpenter ants, fire ants, ghost ants, odorous house ants, pharaoh ants, white footed ants and others.

Does Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait have any type of odor?
Only to ants!

Do the ants take Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait back to the nest?
Yes! Ants are attracted to Uncle Albert's Super Smart Ant Bait and will feed on it until they die. The ants return to their nest with Uncle Albert's Super Smart Ant Bait and feed their young (larvae) and the queen. The members of the colony consume the bait and the colony dies. Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait is a slow killer, so be patient. Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait will eliminate the entire colony, but the time necessary to completely eliminate a colony depends on the size of the colony. If the ant colony is large, it may take several weeks or up to a month for Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait to do the trick.

Is it safe to use Uncle Albert's Super Smart Ant Bait around pets?
Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait is 85 times less toxic than table salt. The US EPA has specific labeling requirements for all products identified as a pesticide, as you will see on our product label. If you view the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), you will note that the active product is less toxic than table salt. The EPA has classified this active ingredient as a “Group E” carcinogen, indicating “evidence of noncarcinogenicity” for humans and pets.

Does AntPro Ant Control System come with the Ant Bait?
It does not come with the ant bait so you must purchase that separately.

How much bait should I use?
The amount of liquid used depends on the size of the mound. As long as the ants are eating it, they are dying. It may take several weeks to completely wipe out the mound, especially if there are several queens in the mound. You may also want to look at this page on how to use Uncle Albert’s for more help

Your website says that Uncle Albert's Super Smart Ant Bait is not toxic, but what about the warnings on your label?
As this product is registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the labeling must contain certain prescribed warnings not necessarily related to the actual hazard presented by the product. By way of comparison, this product is more than 85 times LESS toxic to mammals (based on LD50 data for rats) than all natural organic table salt.

I put out the Uncle Albert's Super Smart Ant Bait and the ants ignored it.
Ants feed differently depending on their needs. Be patient and keep the bait available to the ants. They’ll come back to it and carry it back to the nest.

I just received my Uncle Albert's Super Smart Ant Bait, but it looks different. It used to be green and now it is clear. What is the difference?
Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait used to be green, but we removed the green dye to make it even more “green” and friendly to the environment. The rest of the solution is the same and ants still love it!

I am using your product and the ants came up and then left. No lines, no buildup, and no death. I was just wondering if anyone had the same problem. Was there was a bad batch?
We have not had any complaints of a “bad batch”, so it is more likely that you are experiencing the results of the fickle diet of ants. Ant diets change frequently throughout the year, so it is likely that your ants were temporarily seeking something other than the ingredients of Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait when you put it out for them. Please try it again and let us know if their appetite has changed.

Do Uncle Albert's products expire?
If it has dried out or turned brown it is no longer effective. Customers have reported using Uncle Albert’s Super Smart Ant Bait for years with continued successful results.

Terminix used Uncle Albert's to control my ant infestation, and it's the only product in four years that worked on pharaoh ants. I was told Uncle Albert's Ant Bait has now been taken off the market. Is that true?
Uncle Albert's was taken off the market for awhile and Green Star Group is the new owner. It is the same product. We are up and running. Our turnaround time is around 7 to 10 days at this point (as we are working to keep up with an unexpected demand), but we are doing everything we can to improve that turn-around time.
