How will the charges be shown on my Credit Card statement?
Charges are billed as DYO Chemical.

What mailing company or shipping company do you use?
Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (Ground) and should be delivered within one (1) week of leaving our warehouse.

Can you ship to my PO Box?
No.  UPS only allows shipments to true addresses, not PO Boxes.

Is there a way you can track my order to make sure it is actually in the system?
If you received an email indicating that your order was being processed, your order is in the system and will be processed within 7 to 10 days.

When I called the Uncle Albert’s phone number I get voicemail. Will someone return my call?
You may send an email or leave a detailed voicemail message. Your question will be immediately forwarded to our Customer Service Representative who will contact you to either answer your question, or obtain the information necessary to research an answer for you.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. However, there is a $250 minimum order for telephone orders. Smaller orders are best placed online at www.UncleAlbertsAntBait.com, or by contacting a distributor of pest control products.

Where can I get your product in my state?
Our products are distributed by major distributors of Pest Control Products. We have registered Uncle Albert’s Super Smart™ Ant Bait with each of the 50 states within the United States.

Can I order Uncle Albert’s Super Smart™ Ant Bait outside of the US?
